Meetings live in your IACL Comms portal. Create the account, invite your team and you are ready to meet, with nothing to install and no one having to write code.

The AI listens to the meeting and, in a panel only you can see, suggests what to ask or answer and flags what matters. If it fails or is slow, the meeting carries on as normal.

The summary comes from the transcribed recording, so the meeting has to be recorded. If the wrap-up fails, the meeting and the recording stay intact and it can be redone.

A person-minute is one minute of one person connected: 3 people for 10 minutes are 30. If you go over what is included, the meeting carries on and the extra is charged per minute (prices on the developers page). It is the same subscription as the API: one plan gives you both.

How much does it cost?

You can start free with no card, with meetings of up to 3 people and 15 minutes, without AI or recording. Starter (€49 a month) and Pro (€199 a month) add bigger and longer meetings, the AI and recording. Provisional prices, excluding VAT, with no commitment.

Do guests need an account?

No. You send them the meeting link, they knock and someone inside lets them in. Your team joins with their portal account.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Meetings run in the browser, inside the customer portal.

What happens to my data when the AI listens?

The AI is optional in every meeting and, when it is on, everyone sees the “AI on” notice, guests included. It only uses providers that process in the EU, works in memory and never processes private chat messages. Your meetings are not used to train AI models.

Can meetings be recorded?

Yes, on Starter and Pro: each person’s audio and the whole meeting’s, with video too, and a who-said-what transcript. Recordings are stored in your account’s space and you decide how long they are kept.

Which languages does it work in?

The portal is in Spanish and English. Recordings are transcribed in Spanish, Catalan, English or French.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from the portal and with no commitment. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
