Summary
- This website sets no cookies. It only stores, in your browser, the theme you choose, if you change it.
- The customer portal uses its own session cookie and, only on the payment pages, the cookies Stripe sets for the payment you ask for.
- We use no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. That is why we show you no cookie banner.
1. Who is responsible

2. What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser, which the browser sends back on every visit. Local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) is similar, but it is never sent to a server: only the page itself reads it, in your browser. Spanish law (Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on information society services, LSSI) treats both the same way, and this policy covers both.
3. This website (comms.iaconsultinglabs.com)
The IACL Comms website sets no cookies at all, neither its own nor third-party ones. It has no analytics, no advertising, no social media buttons and no embedded videos or maps, and it loads nothing from other domains (not even fonts): everything is served from our own server.
It stores a single item in local storage, and only if you change the theme with the button in the header:

It is a customisation preference you explicitly ask for; it stays in your browser and is never sent to a server. Under Article 22.2 LSSI and the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) guide on the use of cookies, this kind of storage, needed to provide a service the user requests, is exempt from consent.
4. The customer portal (portal.comms.iaconsultinglabs.com)

Both are technical and strictly necessary: without the first you cannot get into your account, and without Stripe's the payment you request cannot be made. Stripe is only loaded on those pages, not in the rest of the portal nor on this website. You can see what Stripe does with them in its cookie policy.
Local storage
The portal also stores in your browser a few preferences you choose. They never leave your browser and are not used to track you:

5. Why there is no cookie banner
We only use technical cookies and storage, needed for what you ask for (seeing the website in your theme, signing in to your account, paying for your plan). The LSSI does not require consent for them, so we show you no banner and no settings panel.
We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we share no browsing data with third parties.
6. If this changes
If we ever measure how the website or the portal is used, we will do it with a cookieless tool that does not identify you or, if that is not possible, we will ask for your consent first, with a banner that lets you accept or reject just as easily. Either way, we will update this page and its date.
7. How to delete cookies and storage
You can delete the cookies and data stored by this website or the portal from your browser at any time. If you delete the session cookie, you will have to sign in again.
