1. Who owns this site

In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and e-commerce (LSSI), the owner of this website and of the IACL Comms service is:

2. Purpose

This site presents IACL Comms, a service to build video, audio and chat meetings with artificial intelligence into third-party applications through a library and an API. Taking out the service is governed by the terms of service.

3. Use of the site

Anyone browsing this site agrees to use it lawfully and not to harm how it works. The information published here is for guidance: the binding conditions are those of the terms of service and, where applicable, of the signed contract.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, logos and code of this site belong to IA Consulting Labs or are used under licence. The IACL Comms client packages (@iaconsultinglabs/comms-contracts, -core, -server and -vue) are distributed under the MIT licence; the service they connect to, the API and its infrastructure are not.

5. Liability

IA Consulting Labs strives to keep the information on this site correct and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors. It is not liable for damage arising from the use of the information on this site or of third-party sites it links to.

6. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless the law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable law. If you are a consumer, you always keep the right to go to the courts of your place of residence.
